In 2016, only 21% of senior roles in the UK were held by women and 36% of businesses had no women in senior management, according to a study by Grant Thornton.
Here at Gaia, we offer a programme designed to help women achieve their leadership potential. Aimed at aspiring female leaders, the programme aligns personal development with organisational priorities through a series of workshops, coaching sessions and a work based project that delivers real results.
The programme runs in house or as an open programme. In house programmes will be tailored to the requirements of the organisation.
As the programme expands in the UK, we want to create a successful network of female leaders who can mentor others moving into leadership roles. This has already been successful in Sweden – in fact, our UK country manager is a graduate of the Swedish programme. She became a Managing Director in IT before moving into leadership development.
