Gaia Leadership attracted me because I feel it is important to combine human development with practical knowledge in an instructive model – which suddenly makes leadership understandable and accessible to everyone. Seeing crises and obstacles as opportunities in disguise is often my contribution. I also like to use humour and playfully create a climate in which individuals can and want to use their full potential.

I started my career in the travel and aviation business but have worked for the last ten years in the petroleum industry where I have had different roles, mainly in sales and marketing. More recently I have become increasingly interested in organizational and leadership issues in connection with board directorships and in-house training programmes.

Every day I see proof of the importance of constantly developing one’s leadership skills and of the fact that relations between people require innovative thinking. The participation and commitment that Gaia Leadership’s philosophy provides creates visible and measurable effects in organizations, regardless of their size and structure.

At Gaia Leadership, I run development projects aimed at improving our communication with the market as well as I coach some of our clients.
