As a coach and process manager, I believe in the individual’s desire and will to grow. In my work, I help both individuals and groups to gain a greater insight into their own resources and opportunities. To achieve long-term results, I want to promote a committed and creative way of working.

I meet my customer’s needs based on my experience as an HR manager, at organizations such as Philips (Nordic/Baltic), Sheraton Hotel, Ekerö Municipality and the City of Lidingö. I’m at home in international environments, speak fluent Arabic and have worked in several different locations, including Geneva and Brussels.

In my role as a leadership consultant, I have recently worked for the Swedish Coast Guard, Stora Enso, Stockholm County Council and Täby Municipality. My work is often about meeting individuals and work groups in change processes, where my role is to get the customer to find her own way forward. I do this in a simple yet visionary way.

I hold a Bachelor of Law degree and have completed the Human Resources Executive Program at the Stockholm School of Economics. As an HR manager and part-time politician, I have also gained experience of politically governed organizations.

I am a qualified Gaia Coach, qualified ACC Coach and licensed in a number of personality testing tools, including Myers Briggs, Belbins, Team roles, OPQ and MQ.
