Through my broad experience of leadership in international environments, I am well acquainted with the complexity and challenges faced by both the individual and the business, as well as the opportunities and the importance of forming leadership that functions across cultural and geographical borders.
I believe in hands-on leadership in which the individual sets and pushes forward the agenda in a proactive and responsible way. Combining the structural elements of leadership with the softer elements anchors changes in the organisation. I am passionate about supporting and developing individuals and organisations in order to achieve challenging goals and results.
My leadership experience in sales and marketing, for example as Global Marketing and Communication Manager and Nordic Sales Manager at Ericsson Enterprise, gave me many opportunities to work with change management, developing the business and developing leaders.
In recent years I have also run my own consulting firm, primarily stepping in as interim manager of various companies and organisations.
Since 2011 I have worked at Gaia Leadership with leadership development, strengthening and developing businesses and individuals. I enjoy working with both the structural and the cultural aspects of leadership, since they are mutually dependent in order to achieve challenging results.
