Leadership is part of everyday life, and development efforts linked to the dilemmas of everyday life create the most value. I believe that an organisation’s long-term growth is based on developmental leadership in which results are driven by leaders who know themselves, build good relationships and understand the context in which they operate. Following a leader as he or she develops is exciting, and this is why I am passionate about my work.

In the summer of 2011 I took the decision to switch to something new. I chose to begin as a leadership consultant and coach at Gaia Leadership after more than 20 years in various senior development roles with major Swedish and international organisations. I have spent the last 12 years working globally with coaching senior managers, mentoring, change processes, designing and delivering leadership programmes and running HR processes and HR projects. Linking development efforts to organisations’ strategic focus and creating an approach where we are all leaders with our our own responsibilities is very important to me. That is how Gaia Leadership works and I am happy to be part of it.
