“An organisation’s ability to develop its leaders and individuals is what makes the difference between being OK and being number one in the market.”
I am convinced that when we are allowed to take responsibility and develop in harmony with the organisation’s vision, goals and strategies, anything is possible. Developing leadership is therefore a basic necessity and the key to generating results. An organisation’s ability to develop its leaders and individuals is what makes the difference between being OK and being number one in the market.
During my career I have acquired broad experience from companies that work with fast-moving consumer goods, and I have seen what good leadership can accomplish. My leadership roles have mainly been in the commercial field, but also in engineering, development and quality.
I have also been a management consultant, which gave me valuable insights into other kinds of operations, in both the private and public sectors. My most recent job was with Coca-Cola Enterprises in Sweden, where – as Marketing Director and a member of the management team – I contributed to the company’s development and laid the foundation for developing the company’s leaders and individuals.
As a consultant at Gaia Leadership, I want to contribute to our customers’ success through a combination of our leadership philosophy and my own commitment. Working with management and the organisation, I want to convert vision and goals into everyday activities – “making things happen”. My experience working in demanding, fast-paced environments means that I understand the challenges, for both managers and co-workers, of focusing on what really makes a difference in terms of achieving results.
By combining leadership development with the right amount of structure to create the security needed to release each individual’s creative powers, I see myself as a resource for helping my customers to achieve their goals and visions more effectively, and with more energy and more joy. I do this by working with strategy and structure development, developing management teams, leadership development, coaching and mentoring.
Partner at Gaia Leadership since 2011
