I believe that to achieve sustainable change, both the organization and the individual need to develop. Curiosity, challenging your thinking, assumptions and unleashing your potential are needed for genuine change. My passion is to help individuals, teams, and organisations to recognize their own expertise, strengths and potential. I strongly believe that change requires growth mindset, not just new skills.
I have more than 25 years of experience in a variety of positions in financial industry and retail business. I have led and been involved in renewal and change processes in both large and small organisations on all levels. I enjoy working with both the structural and the cultural aspects of leadership and organisational development.
My approach is to link development efforts to organisations’ strategic focus and to create culture where people can and want to take personal responsibility for their own and the whole organisation’s success. My goal as a leadership consultant, developer and coach is to help you and your organisation to achieve extraordinary results with committed people.
